Writing for the Web – A Recap

If you write for the web or edit content for the web, your job has gotten a lot harder in the last few years. It’s no longer enough to manage the content on your web site. You’re responsible for creating, monitoring and sharing content on web sites, blogs and social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Flickr. And, the number of social media sites (and their features) as well as the array of social media tools grow daily.

In an effort to shed light on what is one murky area, the Community Foundation of Sarasota County’s Nonprofit Resource Center and the Central West Coast Chapter of FPRA invited me to host a webinar on Writing for the Web. Here’s our presentation slides:
