Let’s hear it for the atLarge newbies

newbies blog1 Lets hear it for the atLarge newbies

We’ve been growing again. As you can imagine it takes lots of talent and brains to keep atLarge projects in check. And here are the newest peeps making it happen!

Matt – The Mad Scientist

His enthusiasm and devotion to all things code make Matt one of our brightest up-and-coming atLargers. When he’s not programming, he’s making music. This guitar-toting, trumpet-swinging musician not only plays–he writes and records his very own tunes. Matt also knows his way around gaming. While chasing his computer science degree at Florida State University he co-created Project Timerol–a role-playing game where you slay alien invaders.

Ellen - The Straightener

She’s a multi-tasking perfectionist that can straighten out everything from the books to customer care. This dog lover has lived (albeit out of a suitcase in some cases) in Arizona, California, Georgia, Massachusetts, Oregon, Washington and Wyoming as part of the integration team that took her last company from $8 million to $250 million in sales. Now, you wouldn’t guess it by looking at this petite powerhouse but Ellen’s happiest when she’s riding a motorcycle. Her favorite? The Jesse Rooke Scrambler.

Devin - The Connector

Creatives love her organizational prowess, clients dig her business savvy and all fancy her calm under pressure vibe. These are just a few of the traits that took Devin’s college team all the way to Microsoft Studios where they pitched their engagement campaign for a leading Kinect game. The Ringling College of Art and Design grad also finagled her way into co-producing episodes for the All Ringling Television Network (ART Network) while pursuing her business of art and design degree. So what does this overachiever do when she’s not leading projects? You’ll find this New York native making stuff. She loves to crochet, paint, draw and photograph. Oh, and she shows no mercy at Monopoly or Double Solitaire. You’ve been warned.

Could you be our next newbie? We’re always looking for smart, committed teammates. Don’t be shy. Check out our open positions now.
