Account Manager

We are currently seeking an Account Manager to manage new and existing client accounts, perform creative reviews, develop client strategy and serve as the primary account contact.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all account operations and the delivery of all projects and processes.
- Manage communications between clients and internal production team on a day-to-day basis.
- Develop project scope, timelines, budgets, SOWs and proposals.
- Develop sitemaps and information boards for all interactive campaigns.
- Manage deliverables of each project.
- Leads all client meetings for creative and technical reviews.
- Responsible for review and approval of creative client documents.
- Manage and communicate project accounting to client.
- Provide financial reports and work with the client to determine and document scope changes.
- Track and document financials for all client projects.
- Coordinate project invoicing.
Required Skills & Experiences:
- Bachelor's level degree required, MBA Preferred but not essential.
- 2 years experience in Account Management or related field.
- Experience working with all levels of management including those up to Senior Executive Officer.
- Strong account/creative management & planning experience.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, counsel, and train managers and staff.
- Must be driven and self motivated.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Interactive agency experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator a plus.
- Experience in Analytics platforms a plus.
Compensation:
Salary commensurate with experience.
