
Too often corporate success comes at the cost of the community. But we believe, and always have, that companies have a responsibility to the community they work and live in. We also believe that what's good for the community is what's good for business; maybe not in dollars, but certainly in the improved quality of life for residents within a community.
That's why twenty percent of all of our work is donated to non-profit organizations that improve the quality of life for us all. From board service to complete re-branding campaigns, our talents are leveraged to make the world a better place. As with every facet of our company, personal freedom plays a huge role in our community involvement program. Employees select both the organizations and the projects they would like to work on. They are then given company time to volunteer their time and talents to affect the changes they would like to see in the world.
