Challenge
Admiral Travel International was making impossible vacations reality. Dream it, they were making it happen. Admiral's clients were exceptional, sophisticated, refined - its website was not. Company executives wanted a website that created the same sense of wonder and awe as their world travels.
Solution
We worked extensively with owners and staff to gain an intimate portrait of the company. We found that no words could capture the rare experiences and unique opportunities Admiral offered. We used gorgeous photographs of Admiral's destinations to immediately draw the user in. We also made the site more interactive with Admiral Departures, fully manageable mini-sites that contained detailed information about upcoming trips. And for its privileged VIP travelers, we introduced the AuthentEscapes microsite. The site offers privileged access to celebrity hosts like Iron Chef and Roy's Hawaiian Fusion Founder Roy Yamaguchi who has escorted AuthentEscapes travelers to South Africa, Croatia, Egypt, Japan, Australia and Turkey.
Result
Since launching the site, Admiral has enjoyed overwhelmingly positive responses from its regular clientele, affinity groups and new clients alike. Clients are booking trips, sight unseen. Inquiries from the website are at an all time high. And revenue and brand loyalty have skyrocketed. The company has gained attention both within the industry and on an international scale. In fact, the site helped forge one of the travel group's most valued partnerships - a partnership with St. Regis, one of the world's most prestigious hotel and resort groups.
