Though Wayne Dictor and Steve Martin had over 30 years of investment experience to their name - Dictor | Martin, their newly launched partnership was an unknown investment firm. The firm needed to not only establish itself, but differentiate itself among the crowd of other Gulf Coast Florida investment firms.

the solution

Our research told us early and often that Dictor | Martin was not like its competitors. They actually encouraged client visits and phone calls - even going so far as to host client gatherings from investor lectures to mystery dinner parties. They needed a brand that conveyed this personable, spirited service as well as their expertise. Using original photography and video, we created the story of “Your Personal CFO.” This concept articulated the sound financial planning that Dictor|Martin offered as well as their individualized service. It was leveraged in all collateral, but was leveraged best on the Web site where visitors could browse videos, read Dictor | Martin investment strategies and register for upcoming special events. Customers could even access their financial information and make account updates.

the result

The integrated brand campaign firmly established Dictor | Martin as the premier financial services firm in Gulf Coast Florida. Traffic to the new site ballooned as both new and existing customers interacted with the site browsing the latest investment news, video segments and special events. The brand campaign had successfully connected the Gulf Coast community with the solid financial planning expertise of the Dictor | Martin team bringing the firm notoriety and clientele.
