
Interior Dynamics was a full-service design firm who designed, managed, sold and installed premium office furnishings. In fact, it was the fourth largest office furniture dealer in Michigan with annual revenues of over $21 million. The company wanted to be the best, but its sales force lacked a cohesive marketing tool to convey the company's vast array of products. Working with a series of printed catalogs, their sales force was inefficient and unable to effectively communicate the company's message.
After reviewing the company's current practices from the inside out, we determined that the company would be best served by a comprehensive sales tool. The result was an interactive CD that utilized cutting edge CAD/CAM technology to create an interactive 3-D environment that came to life before the user's eyes. We combined this striking feature with custom audio that created an astounding, emotional marketing piece.
The CD proved to be a remarkably effective sales tool. Interior Dynamics reduced its sales staff by five employees while increasing its revenues by $6 million. Interior Dynamics continues to be an office furniture sales leader not only in Michigan, but throughout the Midwest.
