Developing the Ultimate Fan Engagement Platform
Monster Jam is a global, live motorsport event tour and television show operated by Feld Entertainment. The shows are held throughout the whole year and travel around the United States and Canada. The tour has also expanded to become an internationally recognizable event, with shows also being held in Europe, Australia, Mexico, The Philippines, and most recently Japan.
The Monster Jam show and experience are driven by one thing - ticket sales. At any given moment, Monster Jam fans can generate 7,700 requests per minute (more than 340 million requests per month)
Feld came to us in 2017 plagued with unacceptably high downtime and scalability challenges across their MonsterJam platform.
We spent days with Feld’s internal team to implement our Atlas Cloud Workshop - a program designed to fully understand the unique infrastructure needs, business goals, and challenges across MonsterJam. What we came up with was a fine-tuned and unique cloud migration pathway aimed at efficiently moving MonsterJam to the Atlas Cloud.
