A CUSTOM APPLICATIONOUR INITIATIVE
All Point approached ATLARGE with a goal to create a B2B application that enhances their existing unified commerce platform to focus on the intricacies of inserting a franchise support model for an industry leading retail client. The application needed the ability to have multiple user interfaces, functionalities, and permission levels that enabled a seamless purchase order, sales order, and inventory management process for a franchise owner. The retail client will then integrate this technology into their e-commerce system that allows more than 70 separate inventories to be streamlined under one inventory management catalog of over 250,000 units.
Like most things in the B2B world, the client needed this developed quickly. Our team and All Point worked together to create a sprint schedule for development that resulted in an application with essential functionality within eight weeks of production initiation. This “MVP” is currently undergoing system integration, testing, and features functionality for four franchisees.
