Our Response.


IMG’s digital presence needed to be solidified as an industry leader and connect to seasoned professionals without alienating newer audiences, while also offering a user experience intuitive to its global audience. Our team identified a need for efficiency, brand representation, and resource allocation between the academy and its sports recruiters. A recruitment portal that would display all available candidates to recruiters in a simple user interface was created to discard the need for manual research and missed opportunities. Recruiters became exclusively able to access all statistics online, select candidates, arrange scout visits, and continue their relationship journey in an efficient manner.

Five Languages, Any Platform.


Over time, IMG globally migrated toward Microsoft Dynamics as its Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM). IMG was in a position to suggest tailored CRM functionality, and we saw this as an opportunity to create efficiency through better utilization of its CRM system in the future. At this stage, our partnership catapulted IMG into global recognition within its industry, and within its wider business group, IMG International.

IMG sources global talent through a network of independent agents who represent the brand globally. Our team identified a need to track and attribute sales enquiries to specific territories in order to develop an international sales representative portal. We worked with IMG to encourage sales agents to remove independent sites and redirect their domains to a personalized IMG portal. Global customers now look into a unique, brand-aligned portal of the IMG site. This created efficiency, better user experience, and gave IMG assurance that its brand was being represented accurately to its global customer.
