A Streamlined Brand.
After extensive strategy and business mapping, we were able to synthesize the challenge the organization faced, align their core values, and strategize a context to their business model. We introduced a streamlined approach toward organizational alignment, unifying the multiple brands under a singular umbrella. By introducing an individual, community-facing brand, which became known as Tableseide as a play on the owner’s names, we were able to unify all the restaurants and position them together.
Aligning a Strategy.
With a newly branded, unified restaurant group, our team was able to cross market between multiple properties and drive awareness to the breadth and depth of culinary experiences they were cultivating in the community. Libby’s Cafe and Bar, Muse, Louies Modern, LBAR, EVOQ, Oak & Stone, and the Westin rooftop bar became well-known destinations the community would turn to for welcoming atmospheres and innovative culinary creations.
A comfortable and contemporary restaurant with a neighborhood-style atmosphere. Sought out as a social gathering place in town with two bars to provide options for drinks, happy hour, or sports viewing. Also a great place to stop by for a quick bite or meeting up for an evening out.
Located within its sister establishment, Libby’s Cafe + Bar this space is a popular one when frequenting the restaurant. Diners frequent this side bar and gastropub, which has been reimagined as a speakeasy-style space, for a quick custom cocktail or bar bite.
An upscale establishment presenting local cuisine with an international flair. Muse creates menus with an eye for presentation, using fresh and high quality ingredients. Muse offers culinary journey in a relaxed but contemporary setting.
Presents diners advanced dishes prepared with contemporary techniques. The experience includes inventive dishes from a state -of-the-art, open kitchen as well as handcrafted cocktails. Award-winning wines bring additional options to create a unique, interactive experience for a night on the town or a more intimate affair.
EVOQ is designed to evoke a sense of casual enjoyment and elegant experiences. Classic comfort food is re-imagined in a healthy, indulging way. Dishes feature quality ingredients, including aged steaks and fresh seafood, with dining available indoors, or on the patio in the Florida sunshine.
A laid-back rooftop experience where poolside attire is encouraged and the breathtaking panoramic views of Sarasota Bay, The Marina, and the City of Sarasota are unmatched. A true oasis, The Roof focuses on sophisticated crafting, from cocktails to an always-adapting menu perfect for Florida.
An Expanding Enterprise.
The development and curation of these new Tableseide environments resulted in elevated positioning of each of the properties and the attraction of new patrons, many of which had no awareness that the same group owned each restaurant. Customer referral rates skyrocketed and our team was able to align and harmonize the marketing strategy across the entire organization.
With the intent of capitalizing on the group’s value, our team established a partnership with Tableseide and set a foundation for them that would open up future hospitality opportunities. We helped the hospitality group expand into a local enterprise by establishing a foundation for the group, setting them up for long term success. We redefined Sarasota’s dining experience with a compelling storyline that was brought to fruition under a fresh, quality brand.
