Monster Jam


Monster Jam is a global, live motorsport event tour and television show operated by Feld Entertainment. The shows are held throughout the whole year and travel around the United States and Canada. The tour has also expanded to become an internationally recognizable event, with shows also being held in Europe, Australia, Mexico, The Philippines, and most recently Japan.

The Monster Jam experience is driven by one thing - ticket sales. At any given moment, Monster Jam fans can generate 7,700 requests per minute (more than 340 million requests per month). The project aimed to revitalize the well-known Monster Jam brand, focusing on growth and increased revenue. A central strategy was the development of a new web platform, designed to intensify fan engagement and boost ticket sales. 

To enhance Monster Jam's global brand and ticket sales, the project targeted the website's renovation to improve fan interaction.

However, challenges such as restricted access to information, a complex content management system, and reliance on developers for updates hindered marketing and international expansion efforts.

To address the challenges, we embarked on extensive research and development, with a primary focus on expanding Monster Jam's appeal in international markets.

The cornerstone of our approach was the selection of Drupal as the Content Management System, expertly integrated with Drupal's bespoke ticketing system to streamline event automation. This not only improved the user experience but also empowered international promoters to create multilingual microsites, catering to a global audience.

E-COMMERCE &
ENRICHED USER EXPERIENCE

We also recognized the need to enhance the fan experience.

To achieve this, we integrated the platform with toy vendors and e-commerce merchants, enabling cross-promotion of merchandise and merchandise, thereby enriching the user experience.

This integration, combined with the ticketing system, made attending events seamless and engaging, attracting fans from around the world.

RESULTS

The new website, with enhanced content management capabilities and aligned branding efforts, significantly improved the user experience. The integration of the ticketing system and e-commerce platforms provided an enriched fan experience, while the multi-lingual microsite capability expanded the brand's global reach. These improvements contributed to enhancing Monster Jam's online presence and fan engagement.
