All Faiths Food Bank was already doing essential work throughout the community. But its brand did not fully communicate the scale of its impact, the meaning of its mission, or the hopeful future it was working to create.

Despite its reach, awareness and understanding of All Faiths Food Bank were inconsistent. Its communications were fragmented, its identity lacked a cohesive personality, and many people did not fully understand the role a food bank plays within the community.

The broader category presented another challenge. Hunger-relief organizations often relied on somber imagery and emotionally heavy messaging. While the need was serious, this approach did not fully reflect the optimism, dignity, and community connection at the heart of All Faiths’ work.

The organization needed a clearer position—one that could differentiate it within a crowded nonprofit landscape, build awareness, and inspire people to take part in its mission.

We developed a bright, optimistic identity designed to challenge category conventions and create a stronger emotional connection with donors, volunteers, partners, and families. The new mark combined visual references to nourishment, compassion, and hope, while the broader brand system gave All Faiths a consistent and recognizable voice.

That identity was then carried across the organization’s most visible touchpoints, including campaigns, promotional materials, facility design, environmental graphics, signage, and its vehicle fleet.
